Medium-sized businesses are critical to the global economy, but their sheer variety means they are notoriously hard to understand.
For this White Paper, Dell Technologies and Intel asked IDG to query businesses with between 100 and 499 staff to understand the IT-related business visions and concerns of this diverse group across Europe and South Africa. We polled over 1,540 senior respondents and compared and contrasted findings against a similar survey we conducted a year ago. The resulting feedback is clear, and highlights the traumatic effects of the pandemic, as well as its amplifying role on continuing business challenges.
